Oceus Networks is systematically committed to ensure our products and services are of the highest quality standards when being delivered to our customer.  To properly serve our U.S. Navy customers' requirements we ensure the continued review of our process and standards for ways to improve the quality of our deliverables to our clients.  Oceus Networks’ quality extends ahead of management inspections, each of our employees are committed and responsible for quality assurance. 

Oceus Networks’ commitment to client satisfaction is our primary objective.  To achieve the consistent high standards that we have come to achieve, we rely heavily on our knowledgeable and dedicated staff. Oceus Networks employs personnel that are dedicated to a long term commitment in supporting the U.S. Navy. In an industry where high turn-over rates are expected, we are proud we have employees that have been with our organization for 10+ years.  While their tenure is impressive, their commitment to customers is equally impressive.  To ensure the staff remains up-to-date with their technical skill requirements, the PM and Task Order Managers perform a site training needs assessment and develop an Individual Development Plan (IDP) for each staff member. These plans are reviewed with the employee and suggested courses of action are developed. To stay abreast of many technological changes and developments in the area of information technology, Oceus Networks’ professionals engage in a variety of information exchange and current awareness activities. This training program increases productivity, decreases job errors or service support problems, provides opportunities for employee growth and development, and ultimately increases end customer satisfaction with the services we provide, also improving employee morale which results in improved productivity.

Oceus Networks’ consultative approach ensures that its customers’ requirements and challenges are clearly identified before it begins to recommend or implement any communications solution. Unlike traditional systems integrators and large government technology providers, Oceus Networks’ approach is to first listen to the customer to determine what their specific challenges and needs are; design a solution that addresses their specific requirements (regardless of technology vendor); build the solution on time on budget; and operate that solution to ensure mission success.
