Training

Our training provides the ability to experience hands-on operation of network equipment under the supervision of highly qualified instructors. We teach both theoretical and practical applications behind our solutions. We offer standard courses for our Xiphos family of products as well as tailored training for our customized solutions that use a mix of network components from various vendors.

Classes offered include:

Introduction to Xiphos

This introductory class covers basic Xiphos operations, LTE concepts, and features and benefits of the 4G LTE network. One day.

Xiphos 4G LTE Operations and Maintenance

This course covers fault management, node management, advanced operations, configuration, and troubleshooting. Hands-on exercises are included. Two days.

Subscriber Provisioning

This course provides a greater understanding of subscriber management, including the ability to add a single subscriber, or multiple subscribers, through bulk provisioning. Additionally the instructor can demonstrate UICC (“SIM”) card burning. One day.

ONmission

This introductory course reviews the ONmission user interface. It provides an opportunity to learn and practice ONmission configuration, network management features, addition and editing of subscribers and, optionally, use of mobile device management. One day.
